Light the incense bundle with a match, lighter or over an open candle flame and allow the smoke to take over the entire space or object by making undulating motions along the object, walls, ceiling and floor or let burn still in a fireproof dish. If you wish to cleanse your own body of low vibrations or overload of energies, you move the incense bundle along the contours of the body from head to toe. Allow the smoke to envelop your entire energy body. The incense bundle can be extinguished and lit again.
